YTD recap

So it looks like I haven't posted on here since December last year. This is partially due to work being a cluster-bomb ever since then and it started about the time I made the last post when I was working in TX. I thought I'd maybe do a year to May recap with some photos that I think are fun.

We started off 2016 with: hiding under the snow (which I was assured was NOT cold).

I fried a plank of cheese. It. was. amazing. The Czech restaurant in Georgetown serves this as a meal with tartar sauce.

We bought a dog for Charlotte.

We spent more time outdoors than usual.

We moved lots of stuff around at work.

We've hiked a LOT more since Charlotte is getting big enough to handle it.

We went to another big trade show.

And stayed in a tall hotel.

We discovered a public wilderness area that was only about 30min. away.

I backed into our neighbors across the street when they were backing out of their driveway at the same time.

There were big clouds.

There were tire swings.

I noted that a reversing camera can monitor progress as I pull a tree stump out of the ground.

I split lots of wood.

We went to a farm.

The Army Corps had built a new park near the lake which I did not know about.

We climbed a big rock, and then it was May!
